Because the show must go on…

You have met the love of your life. You have been through so much together, you have said yes, you are a Team.

You are ready to celebrate the power of love...

Maybe you have been planning your wedding for a while...you have gone through the time-consuming effort of finding the perfect vendors, venue, outfit and negotiated your guest list. But suddenly, you are finding yourself in the midst of a world pandemic. Sounds like a twisted sci-fi plot and a something I never thought I would be writing. But here we are.

I consider myself honoured and lucky to be entrusted with documenting one of the most precious days in your life. I write this to convey how much I value the connection that we have established and how vital sustaining that good relationship will be on the day of the celebration. That said, due to all the stresses of our present situation, I want to do everything within my power to stay transparent and be an open channel of communication for my current and future clients. I want you to feel safe sharing your plans and needs with me and to know that, while I am your photographer, I am also someone who cares deeply about you personally.

I recognise that on top of the multitude of stresses and fears that come from dealing with a pandemic, you may now have the fears that arise with planning a wedding and having invested so much money into a day that you have awaited with excitement. Which is why I wanted to take a moment and put together a page that shares my Covid-19 rescheduling policy and hopefully makes the process clearer and a bit less stressful.

Covid-19 Rescheduling Policies*

1. Clients may reschedule to any date within 2020 in which I am available. Your deposit and/or retainer will be applied to your new date and all rescheduling fees will be waived. A rescheduling contract may be required to secure your new date.

2. Clients may reschedule to a peak Saturday in 2021 in which I am available for. To book a peak Saturday in 2021 the remaining balance will be due. Change fee is waived for non-peak dates: Friday, Sunday or winter (November - January).

3. Clients who choose to cancel their wedding altogether are subject to the terms agreed upon in our contract but have the option of transferring monies paid to an alternate service for future use.
